It enables the integration within the assignor and the drawee ERPs for billing, with or without registry, and the integration with banks for remittance, return, and receivable reconciliation.
It promotes a greater visibility of the multi-bank receivable registry, through the electronic environment, which provides features that are not viable in the traditional process, as the instant confirmation receipt (“electronic AR”), issuance of bills through e-mail, access to the drawee’s site for second copies of bills, and re-calculation of overdue orders.
The communication established through Nexxera’s network ensures total security, as it avoids frauds by authenticating users and sent files.
